Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your wear2conquer.com order, we will gladly accept your return of product in original condition, must not to be worn or washed and must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached within 33 days of receipt of your order.

If returned after 33 days, a merchandise credit will be issued for the original selling price. If tags and original packaging is removed, we will not be able to process your return. Your refund will be issued in the same payment method as the original purchase. You are responsible for your own shipping cost to return your items unless item (s) arrived) damaged or it was a mistake on our part. We strongly recommend that you send your return(s) back with a tracking number.

We are not responsible for any return packages lost in transit. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

Exchanges:
We will accommodate an exchange for items purchased on wear2conquer.com in the same style in a different size. For a different style, please return your original item and place a new order online separately. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned item and are based on availability. To request an exchange, please email info@wear2conquer.com and include your order number and full name.

When can I expect my order:
Most orders ship within 2 business days. You have the option to ship USPS Priority, USPS Priority Mail Express, or USPS Ground at checkout. Kindly note there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, kindly contact customer service for help in choosing the right shipping method to receive it on time.

Defective items:
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service within 3 days of receiving at info@wear2conquer.com.
